Our History
In 2011 Magno IT was founded by Debby, specialised in Sales and Recruitment, Gerard, specialised in Financial & Contract Management and Lara, specialised in IT. We offer a wide range of recruitment services to hiring clients and job hunting candidates in the IT domain.
The combination of our expertise enabled us to develop unique and uniform processes for resourcing, recruitment and aftercare with a strong focus on quality management. Magno IT recruitment and account management teams all excel following the same processes, which allow them to work together in a very efficient and fun way. As a family company, we always encourage our teams to share their knowledge, experience and network with colleagues in order to get the best results in our recruitment efforts.

VISION
It is our ambition to become a renowned and international supplier of a diversity of recruitment services and contract administration services in multiple domains. Currently, we provide our IT recruitment services to clients in The Netherlands, The UK and Germany and we aim to extend such services to other countries in Europe as well as to develop recruitment expertise in other domains.
