About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Workplace Project Manager to lead the End User Services (EUS) track within a large-scale domain and identity migration program in a complex, multi-entity environment.
You will play a key role in coordinating application readiness, user and device transitions, and cross-functional alignment across architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
This role requires prior experience in enterprise-scale migration programs; ramp-up time for candidates without relevant migration experience would be significant.

Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Domain Migration Project Delivery

  • Manage the EUS/Workplace track within a domain and identity migration program in a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • Translate architectural deliverables into detailed, executable project plans with clear sequencing and dependency management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure user, device, identity, and application readiness.
  • Support readiness workshops, design validation sessions, and dependency mapping activities in alignment with the identity and infrastructure architecture.

2. Application Remediation Ownership

  • Own and maintain the central Application Remediation Register, including classification, risk assessment, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
  • Ensure application owners complete required remediation activities (e.g., authentication updates, domain binding changes, service account updates, conditional access alignment).
  • Coordinate with vendors on scope definition, delivery timelines, testing cycles, and technical certification.
  • Drive issue resolution across authentication, connectivity, and end-to-end functional testing scenarios.
  • Ensure all applications meet defined readiness criteria and segregation requirements prior to domain cutover.

3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Lead recurring progress reviews with application owners and vendors to track status, remove blockers, validate upcoming deliverables, and communicate migration impacts.
  • Prepare structured escalation materials and executive-ready status updates for senior program stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between architecture, delivery timelines, and business readiness expectations.

4. Planning, Reporting & Governance

  • Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, dependency maps, and decision registers.
  • Provide structured weekly reporting including status indicators, issue summaries, critical path tracking, and forward-looking risk assessments.
  • Enforce readiness gates aligned with transition timelines and identity/domain cutover sequencing.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, legal, and access control constraints, particularly during transition and tenant/domain separation phases.

5. Cutover & Hypercare Coordination

  • Prepare application cutover runbooks with technical teams and vendors.
  • Coordinate rehearsals or mock migrations where required.
  • Define, staff, and communicate hypercare processes to ensure post-migration stability across user, device, and application layers.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with identity and infrastructure architects to align sequencing, dependency management, identity mapping, and readiness planning.
  • Work directly with application owners and vendors to ensure clarity of technical requirements and organize user acceptance testing (UAT).

Your Profile

1. Technical & Functional Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience delivering End User Services or Modern Workplace projects in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing identity or domain migration initiatives, including hybrid and cloud identity contexts.
  • Experience leading application migration or remediation programs within SaaS-integrated ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of identity platforms, domain join mechanisms, authentication flows, and cross-tenant/domain transition impacts.
  • Experience managing technical vendors and external partners in structured delivery environments.

2. Project Management Skills

  • Proven ability to manage large, multi-vendor, cross-functional, global transformation initiatives.
  • Strong project governance capabilities including structured planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Experience leading structured execution in high-velocity and ambiguous transformation programs.

3. Soft Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into business-relevant messaging.
  • Confident facilitator of recurring cross-functional working sessions.
  • High ownership mindset with proactive risk identification and disciplined follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures.

4. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting M&A or large-scale organizational transitions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale domain or identity consolidation programs.
  • Experience working in environments with complex and highly integrated application landscapes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remediation timelines, reduce risk exposure, escalate early, and maintain alignment with critical path milestones.
