In 2011 Magno IT was founded by Debby, specialised in Sales and Recruitment, Gerard, specialised in Financial & Contract Management and Lara, specialised in IT. We offer a wide range of recruitment services to hiring clients and job hunting candidates in the IT domain.

The combination of our expertise enabled us to develop unique and uniform processes for resourcing, recruitment and aftercare with a strong focus on quality management. Magno IT recruitment and account management teams all excel following the same processes, which allow them to work together in a very efficient and fun way. As a family company, we always encourage our teams to share their knowledge, experience and network with colleagues in order to get the best results in our recruitment efforts.

Having co-founded Magno IT seven years ago, I became the CEO in 2017. I have managed the transition of Magno IT from a start-up of three people to a company that is servicing large international organisations as a Tier 1 supplier in IT Recruitment.

LARA DE GROOT

MANAGER OPERATIONS & FACILITIES AND CO-FOUNDER
As a little girl my affinity with automation became apparent when I shoved my father and the manual of the new videorecorder aside one Sinterklaas-eve and installed the device. In the nine years after obtaining my Computer Science degree in 2002 I worked in technical positions in an ambitious software development company.

After my studies, I moved to Ireland in search of new challenges. There I studied Business Administration and met my Dutch boyfriend. After having lived in Ireland for a couple of years, we decided to move to the Netherlands.

It was a good experience to be a part of the Magno IT Recruitment. I could get all the details and I could sign my contract sitting at home. I didn't have to visit them in person for the formalities to take place. It was quick and everything was done through email or contacted the people at Magno through call or whatsapp. Though it would have been nice if we could be in touch more through calls. Though I faced a little doubt while signing the contract (since this was my first job in this country): since I was asked to make edits and sign it like for 3 times. But on contacting the team they cleared all my doubts. Also, small feedback: In my personal view there must be some option to get paid sick leave from the first day itself. But maybe that was my part of mistake which I missed to get clarified with the team. I have currently joined a 6-month contract with a renowned company at Netherlands and I am proud for it. I shall definitely be in touch with Magno to get my future jobs with their help.
