At Magno IT our teams of account managers and recruiters are fully dedicated to finding the right contingent labor for our clients. We select the best candidates by using a funnel approach. We perform a number of very diverse resourcing activities inside AND outside our network. We prefer to introduce candidates who have a proven track record with Magno IT but always keep an eye out for new talent, so that we can introduce you to the candidate who is most suitable for the role. Candidate CVs are not altered by Magno IT. Instead, we add a front page that includes a summary of our interview with the candidate, a relevant skills matrix and information on their availability and rate. Magno IT has developed a specific recruitment strategy and product that is targeted to deliver high performance recruitment solutions for the hire of permanent IT staff.
In addition to providing recruitment services on requests of clients, we are actively involved in building a close relationship with IT consultants in the market. We are focussed on building talent pools so that we can introduce a selection of suitable and job seeking candidates on very short notice. Also, we may pro-actively introduce available candidates to you based on your requirements, if you are interested in receiving such updates.

PROFESSIONAL RECRUITMENT OF TEMP-PERM COMBINATION
Our client may hire any of our candidates on a temporary basis, prior to offering permanent employment to our candidate (provided our candidate is willing to consider permanent employment). When our client wishes to use this option, the recruitment fee charged by Magno IT will depend on the number of months of contracting through Magno IT prior to permanent employment. An offer of permanent employment may be made at any time, no advance notice is required, and after nine months of contracting NO recruitment fee will be charged.

- Clients will have had the opportunity to evaluate the candidate’s performance prior to offering a permanent contract.
- Clients will have had the opportunity to hire when the approval flow for a perm role is still in process.

- Prioritization process
- Customers and MSPs roles and responsibilities
