We are looking for an AI Pre-Sales Consultant who enjoys translating business challenges into innovative AI-driven solutions using a leading enterprise workflow platform. In this role, you will support organisations in exploring, designing, and realising the value of AI across their digital operations — from early inspiration to concrete business outcomes.

As an AI Pre-Sales Consultant, you act as the connecting link between customers, sales teams, and delivery specialists. You help organisations understand how AI can enhance and transform their enterprise platform landscape. By combining technical insight, consultative skills, and strong storytelling, you contribute to compelling solution designs and successful proposals. Your goal is to convert interest into clear commitment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead customer discussions and interactive workshops to identify challenges, AI opportunities, and desired outcomes.
  • Design tailored AI solutions leveraging platform-native AI capabilities and integrations with external models.
  • Support the definition of AI strategies, roadmaps, and transformation journeys from assessment through implementation.
  • Translate business needs into structured proposals, including value narratives, business cases, and ROI considerations.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, delivery leads, and capability owners to ensure feasibility and alignment with standard offerings.
  • Deliver engaging demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and the continuous development of AI offerings.
  • Represent the organisation during events, webinars, and customer inspiration sessions, sharing best practices and use cases.

Scope of work

  • You will support the full pre-sales lifecycle for AI-enabled enterprise platform solutions, including:
  • AI readiness assessments and inspiration sessions
  • AI use case identification and roadmap development
  • Autonomous service operations and AI-as-a-service propositions
  • AI solution design (including native assistants, custom agents, AIOps, predictive capabilities, and external model integrations)
  • Proposal creation and RFP responses
  • Transition support from pre-sales to delivery teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or advisory roles within enterprise software environments.
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts, applications, limitations, and ethical considerations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI capabilities within enterprise platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Broad experience working with an enterprise workflow platform in roles such as consultant, analyst, architect, or platform owner.
  • Ability to connect customer challenges to business value, ROI, and transformation impact.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI topics clearly and credibly.
  • Comfortable leading discovery sessions, ideation workshops, and roadmap discussions.
  • Works effectively with sales, architecture, and delivery teams to co-create solutions.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of data models and configuration management practices is a plus.
  • Experience in service management, operations, or automation domains is preferred.
  • Professional certifications related to enterprise platforms, service management, or sales are a plus.
