About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced HCM Consultant to support a strategic HR data and systems integration project. You will contribute to the consolidation, integration, and governance of HR data across multiple systems and entities.

Tasks & Responsibilities
1. HR IT Landscape & Architecture

  • Integrate requirements needed for downstream HR reporting and enterprise analytics, including position, employee, movement, and organizational structure datasets.
  • Ensure HR systems include required fields to enable hierarchy unification and multi-entity management (e.g., global entity identifiers and multi-entity manager references).
  • Maintain traceability between business requirements and technical system readiness.

2. Organizational Hierarchy Consolidation

  • Support the consolidation of organizational hierarchies across multiple entities and HR systems.
  • Enable the introduction of multi-entity manager fields across all relevant HR systems.
  • Support processes where multiple HR systems feed hierarchy data into a centralized aggregation layer, including defined conflict resolution mechanisms and ownership.
  • Incorporate interim decision logic to address data gaps and reporting inconsistencies (e.g., employees without managers, managers without teams, cross-system reporting issues, approval-flow misalignments).

3. Data Integration & Analytics Enablement

  • Support the creation of core minimum viable datasets required for enterprise workforce analytics.
  • Map multiple source system datasets to a standardized analytics data dictionary (e.g., Organization, Employee, Position, Job Classification, Movement).
  • Collaborate with HR systems teams to ensure inclusion of minimum required data fields, using placeholder values where attributes do not yet exist.
  • Confirm readiness of key data attributes required for reporting, governance, and cross-entity analytics.
  • Align on extract frequency (e.g., daily vs. periodic snapshots) and file preparation standards.

4. Cross-Entity Access, Identity & Compliance

  • Ensure organizational hierarchy consolidation supports multi-entity operating model and associated data access constraints.
  • Support identity, access, and cross-entity data-sharing controls in accordance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirements.

5. General Integration Support

  • Participate in organizational reporting and analytics workstream discussions.
  • Coordinate with HR systems, HR data, and program management teams to align dependencies and ensure Day 1 operational readiness.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience as an HCM Consultant in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, data integration, and analytics.
  • Experience working in multi-entity or international organizations.
  • Structured, analytical, and communicative.
