Jr Recruiter
I have been working at Magno IT as a recruiter for 10 months now and am still very enthusiastic about my job and the company. I really enjoy the fact that I work with a culturally diverse set of colleagues, each having a unique personality. Not to mention the fact that everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. For example, I really like that we get our lunch together, eat our food at the lunch tables and have a chat (almost never about work). We get along quite well and can have a laugh together too. Working at Magno is a nice mix of an open and casual but also professional work environment.
Another thing that keeps this job interesting for me are the different roles I handle and the candidates I speak with. The IT industry is quite fascinating and I can say that there are a few roles I think I am proficient in recruiting for, which gives me the feeling that I have been growing professionally. And then there are some roles I still have no idea about, which keeps me challenged and eager to learn.
I am enjoying my time working at Magno and I look forward to all the things I still have to learn.
