After obtaining my degree in home country, Argentina, I moved to the Netherlands to launch my career in the area I specialised in: Organizational Psychology and Recruitment. Shortly after, I found Magno IT. It has been slightly over a year since I started and I am happy for the opportunity to play a role and develop myself in the IT recruitment world. I am really comfortable working in an international and diverse team with people from different professional backgrounds; they brighten my day to day work by bringing different way of thinking to daily situations. I enjoy the nice work-life balance so I can put a lot of time in my hobbies: My large marine aquarium and biking with friends in the countryside.
In my current role as Account Manager, I have the pleasure to work with many interesting clients. I enjoy learning about new technologies from IT managers who are always keen to share their knowledge. Magno also provides the opportunity to keep on learning in our weekly Knowledge Academies, where every member of the team have a space to share information from their areas of expertise, motivating and encouraging other colleagues to keep improving themselves.
