We are currently looking for CPE Test Engineer for a project at a Telco company. For now the role will be fully remote. Your place or residence / work location must be in The Netherlands, in The UK or in Poland. Do you live somewhere else but are you happy to relocate? We look forward to receive your application.

 
The initial contract will be until the end September, with option of extension.

We are expanding the QA manual team as part of the increased activities to assure predictability and quality in the SW releases. You will be responsible for requirements analysis, Acceptance Criteria and test cases definition. You will be in extensive cooperation with (internal and external) technology suppliers during integration, triaging and resolving issues. You will also be involved with support the definition, installation, and maintenance of test equipment and systems. You will document test coverage and document issues found with proper level of triaging to allow developers to assess and fix the issues found.

Must have skills:

• BSc degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Direct experience with: years two or more CPE manual testing (Home Gateways/Cable Modems),DOCSIS
• Software integration and testing
• ISTQB® Certified tester certification is appreciated
• Exposure to agile software development methodologies is appreciated.

• Must be willing and able to adapt rapidly to changing priorities and technologies.
• Should have good interpersonal skills, to maintain and develop effective working relationships with other peers detail for skills and attention problem solving.
• Must be able to work under pressure and be prepared to work outside normal working hours when necessary.
• Must be proactive, with a desire to continuously improve system solutions, documentation and processes & procedures.
• Experience with an Agile way of working is preferred
• Excellent English.
