Account manager
My name is Doron (1992) and I started with Magno IT as an Account Manager in October 2020. After finishing my minor in Canada that was part of my Bachelor in Business, I knew I would love to work in an international environment. At Magno IT I get the opportunity to see a lot of different companies that all require different approaches and that have their own requirements. I love to find out what they need and to find the perfect fit for the job!
Apart from my Bachelor in Business I got a bit of experience in sales with part-time jobs, where I learned to make the connection between what someone needs and how I can answer their question. I therefore don’t believe in short term and fast sales but I am way more intrigued by long-term relationships, where both parties benefit.
On a more personal level, I really enjoy the company of other people around me and to go on small adventures, be it through hiking, mountain biking, road tripping or hitchhiking. I also enjoy sports like running, working out, soccer and even a bit of jujitsu. I’m also a bit of a “car guy”. So if you want to discuss anything not work related with me, cars are always a safe conversation starter. Especially off roaders and over landers have a special place in my heart.
