Originally coming from Greece, I came to the Netherlands in 2018 since I was accepted in Maastricht University to attend the Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology. After finishing my studies, I started working with Magno IT on February 2019 as a Junior Recruiter. Soon enough I was given the opportunity to be part of our Backoffice team, facing everyday challenges and making sure that the administrative tasks are completed and delivered on time.
The best part of my job is guiding our professionals through the process once we receive an approved for hire from our clients. From sending the confirmation start to the professionals, informing them that they were selected and asking the necessary onboarding documents, to arranging everything with the client to ensure the professionals will start on the requested time.
In addition, I am always there to assist my colleagues regarding administrational and operational HR related matters.
