We are looking for an enthusiastic account manager to strengthen our team. Magno IT is a company of 12 people, with growth ambitions in company size and market differentiation. As a family company we have an informal culture and help each other succeed in personal and company goals. As an account manager at Magno IT you are responsible for managing the recruitment process of IT Consultants as a service to our local and international clients. To achieve this, you work closely with the Recruiters, you get to know your clients and the market and you build a good relationship with candidates and contacts. In the first three months you may expect a training period in recruitment, interviewing and selecting the right candidates for our clients’ roles. Getting to know IT, contracts and Magno IT values. After completion of the training period, you will make the full transition to the role of account manager and start building your own business as well as manage existing client needs!
Activities may include:
Offer our recruitment assistance to new prospects and expand your business
Visit our clients to discuss upcoming vacancies or to evaluate new hires
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Complete introductions of candidates to customers
Mediate to ensure a smooth hiring process of your candidates
Higher level education – Bachelor equivalent.
You can deal with responsibility, can make decisions independently, are enthusiastic, creative, a go-getter and find it important to work together.
Experience in a commercial role is a plus but not necessary.
IT knowledge is NOT required, training will be provided.
