Account Manager
For the last year and a half I have had the pleasure of working as an Account manager at Magno IT. From the very first interview I had with Magno, I realized that this was the right step to further my career as this was the place where I would have the opportunity to develop myself in many different areas rapidly.
As an account manager I had to quickly learn the dynamics and differences between communicating with my team, my clients and my candidates. This interaction with a wide variety of people with various backgrounds makes my job fun, challenging and unpredictable. This position also offers me the possibility to be a small part in helping people find jobs that really make them happy and enables them in providing for themselves and their families.
In 2019 I also got the opportunity to do a training on account management, where I got to know senior account managers from different companies and branches. I am grateful for these kind of opportunities as they help develop me into a more seasoned professional. Within Magno IT there is always room for new ideas, your own way of working as well as being able to work as a team to accomplish our goals as a growing recruitment agency.
